Data Deletion

Narrify is a product of Evergreen Tech LLC (Ohio, USA). This page explains exactly what data we hold when you connect Meta Ads (or any other marketing platform) to Narrify, and the three ways you can ask us to delete it.
What Narrify holds
- An OAuth access token for your Meta Ads account, stored on our behalf by Nango (our OAuth vault provider).
- Ad performance metrics we pull from the Meta Marketing API when you generate a report: spend, impressions, reach, clicks, conversions, CPM, CPC, and CTR.
- The narrative reports generated from that data, saved to your Narrify workspace.
We do not collect or store your Facebook profile, friends, messages, posts, photos, or any other personal content. We only pull aggregated advertising performance metrics for the ad accounts you explicitly authorize.
Three ways to request deletion
1. In-app disconnect (fastest)
Log into Narrify, open Connections, and click Disconnect next to Meta Ads. This immediately purges your OAuth token from Nango and marks the connection inactive in our database. Any cached performance data tied to that connection is removed within 24 hours.
2. Email request
Email jesse@getnarrify.com with the subject line “Delete my data” and the email address on your Narrify account. We action these requests within a 30-day SLA and reply with confirmation once the deletion is complete.
3. Revoke access from Facebook
Open Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites → find Narrify → Remove. Facebook will notify our callback endpoint automatically. We queue your deletion, purge the associated OAuth token and performance data within 48 hours, and return a confirmation URL you can use to check status.
