Narrify is a product of Evergreen Tech LLC (Ohio, USA). This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. We wrote it to be plainly understood, not to hide behind legalese.

What we collect

  • Account info: your name, email, and password hash.
  • Marketing platform OAuth tokens you authorize via Nango (GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads).
  • The performance data we pull from those platforms on your behalf to generate reports (sessions, impressions, clicks, spend, conversions, etc.).
  • Usage analytics about how you use Narrify (pages visited, reports generated) so we can improve the product.

How we use it

  • To generate the narrative reports you ask us to create.
  • To send transactional emails (welcome, password reset, billing receipts).
  • To improve the service and debug issues.

We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with anyone outside the third parties listed below.

AI processing

To generate narrative reports, we send the relevant marketing data to Anthropic's API (Claude). Per Anthropic's API terms, they do not retain or train on data submitted through the API. Anthropic processes the data transiently and returns the generated narrative to Narrify.

Data retention

  • OAuth tokens are stored securely in Nango on our behalf.
  • Report data and account records are stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL).
  • You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing jesse@getnarrify.com. We will action the request within 30 days.

Third-party services

  • Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
  • Nango — secure OAuth token storage for marketing platform connections.
  • Anthropic — the AI model that generates report narratives.
  • Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
  • Resend — transactional email delivery.
  • Vercel — application hosting and edge delivery.

Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, correct it, export it in a portable format, or ask us to delete it. Email jesse@getnarrify.com and we'll take care of it. If you're in the EU or UK, these rights are backed by GDPR.

Cookies

Narrify uses only essential session cookies needed to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies.
