These terms govern your use of Narrify, operated by Evergreen Tech LLC (Ohio, USA). By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Narrify generates AI-written narrative marketing reports for solo marketers and micro-agencies. You connect your marketing platforms, we pull the data, and Claude drafts the report.

Account eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping, crawling, or automated abuse of the service.
  • No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or overload Narrify.
  • No reselling or repackaging the generated reports as a standalone reporting-as-a-service offering to third parties. Delivering reports to your own clients as part of your agency work is expected and allowed.

Subscription, billing, and cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe on a recurring basis. You can cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal from your Narrify settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

Intellectual property

You own the reports generated for your clients. You're free to brand them, edit them, and deliver them however you like. Narrify retains all rights to the underlying software, prompts, models, and platform.

Connected platforms

Narrify pulls performance data from the marketing platforms you connect (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console). Those connections are authorized via OAuth, and the resulting tokens are stored with Nango, our OAuth vendor, not on Narrify's own servers. You can revoke a connection at any time by disconnecting it in the Narrify UI, or by revoking app access in Facebook Settings for Meta. When a platform is disconnected, we purge the token and delete the associated ad data within 30 days.

Data accuracy disclaimer

Narrify generates narrative reports from third-party data sources (GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Search Console). AI-generated text can contain errors or misinterpretations. Narrify is not a source of truth for compliance, financial, or legal reporting. Always review reports before sending them to clients.

Limitation of liability

Narrify is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Evergreen Tech LLC's total liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the fees you paid for Narrify in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You can terminate your account at any time. We can terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms at our discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you via email before they take effect.
